While researching in the territory of anger, we are finding that "changing your mind" is supported and possible by using the feeling of anger.
Conscious use of anger, as a neutral force of nature within the human body, provides value. Anger is along with three other territories of feelings (sadness, fear, and joy), a life force, a resource, which enables us to get in action, to do things in life, to say stop, say yes & no, set boundaries and also to change your mind.
As modern society is adapted to the misunderstanding and story that anger is bad, destructive, and brings just harm, we are missing out on what anger provides when used consciously and on the complete range from zero to 100% of the capacity of anger.
What is stopping us from using this powerful force of life?
As we grew up we were taught to not react to our feelings, nor use them consciously but suppress, deny and reject them. The effect of this is, that we are raising our Numbness Bar. Numbing ourselves has the consequence that underneath the Numbness Bar we are still feeling anger, just hidden under a huge self-raised barrier. This blocks us from low to a very often high level of anger. This has the effect, that we are lacking useful resources, which we could use consciously to bring action and change into our life, into the world.
Lowering your Numbness Bar to a degree, that you gain access to your low-level anger is an initiation process, which comes with two Phases.
This means Phase 1 and Phase 2 of Feelings Work, Centering, harnessing your Gremlin, using the 3 Powers, using the 13 Tools, etc.
In general. Phase 1 is the time of Conscious Incompetence when you become aware that you are not aware of something, and Conscious Competence when you have gained some skills but you cannot apply them without a concentrated focus of Attention. Phase 1 may appear like fanatically following the rules, almost neurotically copying the form. Phase 2 is the shift to Unconscious Competence when the new Distinctions and skills integrate and change who you are. Phase 2 is learning and practicing the creative application of what before you have learned by rote. These Phases are no different from the Phases of learning to play the piano or learning carpentry. In this case, you are learning to manage Possibility.
Along with Phase 1 & 2 goes the integration process of your Emotions by doing Emotional Healing Processes.
Harnessing the information which is blocked and captured in Emotions, is crucial to regain your choice back in your hand. Regaining your Authority step by step to get access to the regions of low-level feelings within yourself.
This is not a linear process. It`s non-linear, chaotic, and unique. Different learnings and unlearning will happen at the same time and while you are experimenting and researching with yourself, life will show you new doorways, which you can go through. Mental and energetic doorways. While you are passing the doorways, you are changing your mind.
You can change your mind about everything, even the things, your parents, your friends, your partner would not like about you. You can change for example your mind about being a slave of Modern Culture and start to become your own Authority instead, or you change your mind about having fruits instead of bread in the morning.
Changing your mind because of no specific reason, just because you choose to do so is such a powerful way of shaping your life.
Changing your mind uses conscious anger while staying centered and grounded and destroying the story, the concept, the plan, the reason, the decision which was made before, to choosing and declare what you want to do or be now.
Holding yourself back from changing your mind is pretending to be somewhere, where you are not. It is like carrying a lie around and living another person's life.
These are questions you can ask yourself on the way to find out, that you want to change your mind and to finally change your mind.
This decision is changing the shape of your being. You are shifting your energetic field, by declaring that you are something else, by deciding to do something else. You become a new reference point for your environment.
